Our client is an independent law firm operating in the East Midlands, offering a friendly and energetic culture.

They are a directory-recognised full-service law firm with a property team that is exceptionally busy, resulting in a number of litigious matters being referred to the litigation department. External instructions also come to the firm through word of mouth, reputation, and referrals.

Due to natural movement within law firms, our client seeks to hire a property litigation expert to sit within the overall litigation department.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor, ideally with 3-4 PQE minimum, who would like to join a busy and thriving law firm, working on behalf of a broad diet of clients across the East Midlands.

The candidate:

• Has a minimum of 3-4 PQE with experience in Property Litigation or commercial litigation, having had exposure to some property litigation with a reputable law firm (no limit on experience).
• Is a team player.
• Is happy to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
• Is commercially minded and willing to network both externally and internally among the firm’s other departments.
