Job Title: Property Litigation Solicitor

PQE Required: 4+ years

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

The Role

Joining this reputable and successful Property Litigation team, you will work on a range of commercial and residential property disputes including tenancies, ground rent and service charge recovery, possessions, lease renewals, dilapidations, and rent reviews. You will manage your own caseload and collaborate on major disputes, often cross-firm, with opportunities to lead teams.

The Candidate

You should be a talented Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE, capable of providing up-to-date, commercially focused advice. You will be self-motivated, proactive, with excellent commercial acumen, and interested in business development. A strong understanding of risk, best practices, and a collaborative approach are essential.
