The Role

Opportunity for a Property Litigation Associate NQ-4 years PQE to join a leading regional firm in their Norwich office. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes etc.), building and development, land acquisitions, strategic options, possession actions, purchaser claims and trespass and squatter actions.

As well as managing your own caseload, you'll also work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and high-profile litigation with a well-known Partner at the helm. This is an opportunity for you to further enhance your technical ability and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced litigators who foster an inclusive working environment.
