This team handles property management litigation on behalf of institutional landlords, pension funds, and asset managers, focusing on large residential and mixed-use developments. The role offers a broad and complex caseload, including tribunal hearings and litigation from county court claims up to multi-track trials and high court appeals. Applications are welcomed from Property Litigation Solicitors with at least 2 years’ experience or astute litigators interested in property litigation.
