Lexel, based in the Brighton area, is seeking a Property Litigation Associate Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE. The role includes managing a caseload, supporting partners on larger matters, and supervising junior team members. You’ll engage in marketing and client-facing activities, meeting deadlines and expectations.

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, commercial awareness, and excellent communication. Hybrid working is offered along with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Formación

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3+ years' PQE
• IT literate, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
• Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and social proactivity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to convey clear and concise information

Solicitor with 3 years + PQE to manage their own caseload, to include:

• Housing litigation
• Landlord Tenant
• Section 8, enfranchisements, commercial disputes, forfeiture
• IT literate
• Injunctions
• Possession claims
• Disrepair matters
