A well-established, full-service law firm with a strong reputation in the North West is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team. The team covers the full range of Property Litigation for both Commercial, Residential, Landlord & Tenants and acts for various household names and high-profile clients as well as private clients, developers and managing agents.

You will play a key role in the firm’s Property Litigation team, managing your own caseload while supporting Senior Solicitors on complex and high-value disputes. This is a client-facing role that provides exposure to a diverse range of property-related disputes and offers the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, boundary disputes and lease renewals
2. Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and strategic guidance
3. Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
4. Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
5. Assisting senior solicitors on complex disputes, including those involving high-value commercial properties
6. Handling initial client inquiries and conducting case assessments
7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
8. Contributing to the team’s business development by creating legal content, delivering training and attending networking events
