A progressive and friendly Legal 100 firm with a top tier team ranked in the Legal 500 is looking for a Senior Associate to join their reputable Property Litigation team, working with primarily with commercial real estate disputes on a national basis.

With over 200 Solicitors and over 600 colleagues nationally, you would be working alongside Partners in the city of London team to develop the existing Property Litigation Department whilst managing a high quality caseload and assisting with the team's growth plan.

A breadth of experience in all areas of real estate disputes will be advantageous for this opportunity, with the main client-base focusing on large commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of Real Estate Disputes focusing on national commercial clients,
• Assist partners with the management of the team, and support junior members of staff in developing their careers and managing cases,
• Develop a client-base following the business plans of those leading the team, handling clients directly and developing ongoing relationships,
• Take instructions and ensure full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations and ensure full compliance,
• Attend client meetings, court hearings and conferences.

Skills and Experience:

• UK qualified Solicitor with 7+ years PQE (other levels to be considered on a case by case basis) in a reputable boutique, national or international firm,
• Experience managing a wide variety of commercial property litigation matters, to ideally include landlord and tenant disputes, rights over land, and boundary disputes,
• Ability to lead in relevant matters while assisting junior members of staff,
• A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for personal growth and strong interpersonal skills.
