Job Description:

Premier Solicitors are looking for two Private Client Solicitors / Chartered Legal Executives to join our busy Private Client team. The Solicitors / CLEs will join a large Private Client team where there will be the opportunity to impact the department, grow with us, and achieve your goals, both financially and in your career. One position is office (and/or hybrid) based at our Bedford office, and the other is fully remote.

You will need to be talented, driven, and dedicated.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of private client files, mainly probate work, including:

· Ancillary work (assents, registering life interest trusts, trust setup, dissolving trusts, deeds of variation)

You will assist the Directors in building and developing the department when necessary.

Requirements

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work
• Good client care skills, providing professional and competent legal advice
• Ability to generate fees in accordance with targets
• Proven experience of handling own caseload
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong drafting, writing, communication, and technical skills
• Preferably STEP qualified
• The role can be office-based, hybrid, flexible, or fully remote
