Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is seeking a Property Litigation Senior Associate in Altrincham. The role involves managing a busy caseload and advising on strategy and outcomes, with a focus on client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.

You will work within a leading specialist team, collaborating with Real Estate and Residential Property colleagues, in a hybrid working environment, with a strong emphasis on development and business growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE in property litigation.
• Experience in a national or leading regional practice.
• Strong technical capability and confidence leading matters.
• Excellent client relationship skills and a practical, solutions-led approach.
• Collaborative working style with mentoring and developing others.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run your own caseload of property litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
• Support Partners and senior team members on larger, complex disputes.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk and commercial outcomes with clear guidance.
• Handle a range of disputes including landlord/tenant, forfeiture, dilapidations, and TOLATA matters.
• Contribute to business development, cross-referrals, and profile-raising activity.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to support workflow and capability.
