Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with 7–10 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in commercial litigation.
• Strong experience gained within a national or leading regional firm.
• Broad disputes experience and confidence managing your own caseload.
• Experience advising SME and owner-managed business clients.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach.
• Collaborative working style and strong matter management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Support Partners on larger, complex disputes.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk and outcomes with clear, practical guidance.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to practice development and the wider growth of the department and firm.
