Property Litigation Senior Associate - Bristol
TOP 50 UK LAW FIRM

This market leading, exceptional firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team at the Senior Associate level. The team is highly rated by Chambers and is a national leader outside of the city. The team are seeing significant growth due to continued client wins and so the team are looking to expand.

The client base consists of a mix of clients but includes household names including the UK's largest infrastructure provider. The team help clients resolve a wide range of property disputes including landlord and tenant to complex and highly technical development disputes and land rights disputes.

The ideal solicitor will have strong knowledge of Property litigation with experience in advising landlords and tenants on a variety of commercial landlord and tenant related litigation and complex issues. Experience of development issues and telecommunications is desirable but not essential.

The role:

  • Tackle a broad spectrum of disputes, from landlord and tenant issues to sophisticated land and development matters particularly for telecom clients
  • Advise on risk management, regulatory compliance, and dispute avoidance
  • Represent clients across all court levels, tribunals and arbitration forums
  • Work closely with senior partners and help mentor junior team members
  • Engage directly with clients to build trust and deliver results


Requirements
We're looking for someone who's already embedded in the property litigation space, with:

  • Strong drafting skills and technical expertise
  • Confidence in working independently and within a tight-knit team
  • Experience with tribunal litigation under the electronic communications code, especially MSV applications under paragraph 26
  • Familiarity with tree lopping claims and the interplay between 1954 Act renewals and telecom code disputes
  • Supervisory or mentoring experience is highly valued
  • Ideally, the Solicitor for this role will either be an associate looking to move to Senior Associate or already at Senior Associate level.
