This firm is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Property Litigation Senior Associate (5-10 PQE) to join their flourishing Property Disputes department.

The Role

The firm seeks an experienced Property Litigator eager to join one of the largest independent law firms in the North West at their busy and growing Altrincham office.

The role offers variety, including clients such as small, medium, and large owner-managed enterprises in the Northwest and beyond. You will handle a busy caseload involving:

• Landlord & Tenant Portfolio disputes
• Dilapidations
• Strategic advice on development acquisitions
• Insolvent tenants
• Restrictive covenant disputes
• Overage development and option agreement disputes
• Landlord and management company disputes
• Land Trust disputes
• Lease extension/freehold purchases

Requirements

• Real Estate Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE)
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with keen attention to detail
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and marketing
