The role

This firm is currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner to join their West End, London office.

The team is busy and due to an influx of new work, they are seeking to hire a new Property Litigation Partner . You will work with the other partners to drive the department forward, whilst mentoring and supporting the more junior members of the team.

Litigation is a core practice area for the firm. They deal with a broad and very varied client base which makes for an interesting role. This includes working across a wide range of industry sectors. The overall team currently stands at six, but due to an uplift in work and some new client wins, they are seeking to grow the department further. The team has recently dealt with a case that attracted a great deal of press attention.

You will work with OMB, Developers and investors, SME, HNW individuals, and some national companies. You will work closely with the firms Real Estate department. You will deal with both residential and commercial properties.

The caseload will include but not be limited to; Dilapidations, Construction, Landlord and tenant, property fraud, and boundary disputes.

You will join a busy, professional, and reputable team that is going from strength to strength.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least eight years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Experience in mentoring and leading more junior lawyers is to advantage but is not essential.
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background.
