The Property Litigation NQ will be:

• Managing a varied caseload of property disputes
• Advising clients on development disputes, landlord-tenant disputes
• Working closely with clients on risk management
• Collaborating with senior team members on high-value cases
• Engaging in business development and client relationship activities
• Contributing to the team's strategic objectives and growth

The Successful Applicant

The Property Litigation NQ should be / have;

• A solicitor or equivalent with up to 2 years PQE or a trainee who has completed a seat in Property Litigation or commercial litigation
• Experienced in property litigation or related disputes ideally
• Strong academics
• Ties to Yorkshire
