Qualifications

• Experience in property litigation with a focus on residential leasehold portfolios.
• Experience with complex service charge disputes and forfeiture actions.
• Advocacy or regular conduct of cases in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
• Advising on landlord and tenant issues at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex and high-value litigation matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice across a broad range of property disputes.
• Act as a key escalation point for technical issues.
• Supervise and mentor Associates, NQs and trainees.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to retention and growth.
• Represent clients in Tribunal and Court proceedings.
