Property Management Recruitment is seeking a Senior Solicitor to lead a specialist property litigation team. You will manage client matters involving service charges, ground rents and possession, with strategic oversight of junior staff and caseloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE with hands-on experience in service charges and ground rent debt recovery.
• Experience in commercial property litigation.
• Track record of managing and leading a team.
• Ability to train or mentor junior staff.
• Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of solicitors and paralegals with delegation and performance accountability.
• Handling defended service charge, ground rent and possession matters independently.
• Advising on breach of covenant matters and landlord/tenant queries.
• Reviewing claims, evaluating defences and guiding clients through litigation.
• Keeping cases moving to court and tribunal deadlines without compromising quality.
• Training and developing junior team members.
• Reporting clearly and regularly to clients throughout cases.
• Contributing to the firm's profile through articles and thought leadership.
• Involvement in business development to showcase the firm's expertise.
