Harkaye Core Talent Ltd has partnered with a highly regarded national law firm to recruit a Property Litigation solicitor for its growing Real Estate disputes team. The role can be based in Birmingham, or other major Midlands sites, with exposure to a broad range of high-quality disputes.

You will manage a varied caseload of contentious real estate matters, advise on disputes through hearings and ADR, draft pleadings and witness statements, and contribute to business development in a supportive

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in commercial real estate dispute resolution.
• Experience advising developers/housebuilders preferred.
• Experience in County Court and First-tier Tribunal proceedings.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially focused with practical, solutions-led advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious real estate matters.
• Advise clients through the lifecycle of disputes and attend hearings/ADR.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and instructions to counsel.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Support more complex litigation within the team.
