Property Litigation Associate (3-6 PQE) London

A City law firm in London are actively looking to recruit a mid-level Associate into its established Property Litigation department.

Joining a tight-knit established team ranked in the L500 you will advise on a full spectrum of property disputes, both commercial and residential.

This will include: 1954 Act claims, telecommunications, rights of light, BSA claims, development-related litigation, dilapidations, service charge disputes, insolvency, forfeiture, professional negligence, among others.

The salary range for this vacancy is £85,000-£95,000.

This firm are open to considering Lawyers from both City and large regional law firms that are interested in working for a London-based property litigation team.
