Job summary

Fox & Sons in Dorchester, part of Connells Group, is seeking an experienced Lister, Valuer or Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator ready to move into a listing role. You’ll focus on winning business, building your local reputation and helping sellers make their next move, with training, support and opportunities to develop your career.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential estate agency with a strong sales record.
• Valuation and listing experience or potential to develop these skills.
• Confident in building relationships and winning business.
• Proactive, organised approach and resilience to keep opportunities moving.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property valuations and win new instructions.
• Generate business through proactive prospecting and local relationships.
• Give sellers clear advice on pricing and marketing their property.
• Work closely with the branch team to grow market share and achieve sales targets.
• Maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.
• Keep customers informed and supported throughout their move.
