Job summary

Fox & Sons in Bournemouth is seeking a proactive Lister, Valuer or Estate Agent to join our team. You will focus on winning listings, building your local reputation and helping sellers move, with training and clear progression paths through Connells Group.

You'll valuate, list and secure new instructions, prospect locally, advise on pricing and marketing, and collaborate with the branch team to grow market share while offering a mortgage advisor referral channel.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential estate agency, with a strong sales record.
• Valuation and listing experience, or the potential and ambition to develop these skills.
• Confidence building relationships and winning business.
• A proactive, organised approach and the resilience to follow up opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service.
• A full UK driving licence.

We're looking for a Lister, Valuer or Estate Agent,or a successful Sales Negotiator ready to move into listing, to join Fox & Sons in Bournemouth, part of Connells Group.

You'll focus on winning business, building your local reputation and helping sellers make their next move, with training and support to develop your skills and grow your career.

You'll:

• Carry out property valuations and win new instructions
• Generate business through proactive prospecting and local relationships
• Give sellers clear advice on pricing and marketing their property
