Job summary

Walker & Sloan are seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Weston-Super-Mare to manage a portfolio of residential rental properties and act as the main contact for landlords and tenants. You will coordinate repairs, manage tenancy renewals and deposits, and deliver a high level of service in a pro-active, organised manner.

The role involves working closely with contractors and the wider team to ensure properties are well maintained and compliant, with training and career progression opportunities

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload.
A proactive approach with the confidence to solve problems and use your own initiative.
Knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working with contractors to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently.
Manage tenancy renewals, rent-related matters and the end-of-tenancy process, including deposits.
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving queries and delivering a consistently high level of service.
