Job summary

A well-established offshore law firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate for their Jersey office. The successful candidate will advise on Commercial Property transactions and support the team with Residential Transactions and other Property services. Ideal candidates will have 4-6PQE, a Jersey, UK or Commonwealth qualification, and experience in a range of commercial property matters. THE ROLE

A Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate is sought to join the Jersey office.

The primary focus of the role is to advise on Commercial Property transactions, as well as to support the team with Residential Transactions and other Property services (e.g. property litigation and corporate support).

ABOUT YOU

With 4-6PQE and a Jersey, UK or Commonwealth qualification you should have experience of a broad range of commercial property matters and ideally of Jersey property transactions.

You should also have experience of delegating, supervising and motivating others, and sound drafting skills.
