Property Lawyer

£42,769 - £45,844 annum+ local government pension!

Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-respected local authority in the Midlands. We are supporting City of Lincoln Council exclusively with the recruitment for a Property Lawyer to join their legal services team permanently. The role will be hugely diverse, dealing with a range of property matters.

Duties of the Property Lawyer opportunity will include:

• Drafting, negotiating, providing legal advice, and implementing instructions for property matters.
• Handling a varied caseload which may include: landlord and tenant, acquisitions, sales and purchases, leases, licenses.
• To support and lead on the development of corporate issues.
• Liaising with internal, external clients and stakeholders.
• To provide a comprehensive legal service to the Council.

Experience required:
