Office Attendance: 1-2 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of commercial property work including sales, purchases, leases, licences, and asset management
• Advise on land title matters and ensure compliance with relevant property transaction legislation
• Work collaboratively across the shared service, excluding routine residential matters (e.g., right to buy, lease extensions, residential management)
