This role involves market research, property acquisition, and building strong relationships with landlords, developers, and industry professionals. My client, a 100-year-old, award-winning estate agency, is looking for an ambitious Sales Lister to join their team in Colchester. Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Acquisition

3. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
4. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of properties in high-demand areas.
5. On & Off Market Sales
6. Identify opportunities for landlords to utilize on and off-market services.
7. Carry out appraisals and oversee marketing and compliance processes.
8. Collaborate with estate agents, letting agents, and marketing teams.
9. Manage lead pipelines and prospecting through CRM systems.
10. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
11. Establish and nurture relationships with landlords, developers, and property vendors.
12. Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve the best outcomes.
13. Represent the business at networking events to build connections.
14. Develop partnerships with accountants, solicitors, and other professionals.
15. Market & Industry Knowledge

Minimum Requirements:
