We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Homes Investment Consultant to join the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to travel frequently to Dubai, and UAE, one of the world's most luxurious real estate markets, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home two days a week. As an Investment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on high-end property investments, ensuring they receive the best possible guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs and providing tailored advice.
• Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities in the Dubai real estate market, providing clients with up-to-date insights.
• Property Tours: Conduct property tours in Dubai, showcasing the finest new homes and investment opportunities.
• Sales: Drive sales through effective communication and negotiation, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Remote Work: Utilise technology to manage client interactions and administrative tasks efficiently from home two days a week.
• Travel: Frequently travel to Dubai to meet clients, and participate in industry events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in new homes sales in the London sales market.
• Strong understanding of Dubai culture is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
