Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Property Inventory Clerk to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Exchange Quay. Experience is beneficial but not essential. You will be responsible for carrying out detailed inventory reports to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process for tenants and landlords, as well as conducting mid-term inspections to maintain property standards. While working alongside a team, the majority of this role will be independent, so confidence in working autonomously is essential.
