Opportunity: Property Inspector (Maternity Cover)

Location: Brighton & Worthing

Schedule: Part-time, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 9am - 6pm

Role Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine property inspections
2. Produce and send property reports to landlords/property managers
3. Report maintenance issues
4. Answer inspection phone line and assist with overflow calls
5. Prepare keys for the next day
6. Perform ad hoc admin tasks as required
7. Assist management with additional tasks as needed

Candidate Qualities:

• Experience in property management is preferred but not essential
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills
• Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Computer literate with familiarity in relevant software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
