Job summary

Howard Property Services is seeking an Experienced Inventory Clerk in London for a self-employed role. Travel across London to compile detailed inventory reports, recording notes with a smartphone app, and uploading materials for 100% accuracy.

You will work in time slots with a typical maximum of 3–4 properties per day, covering city-wide or convenient areas. Must have Inventory Base experience and strong English, with the ability to manage tax and expenses independently.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience as an inventory clerk.
• Familiar with Inventory Base.
• Strong English with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable commuting around London by foot/public transport.
• Experience carrying out inventories using Inventory Base software.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months' experience as an inventory clerk.
• Must be familiar with Inventory Base.
• Strong English (GCSE C or above), excellent attention to detail, and confidence using Word, email, and file uploading/downloading.
• Comfortable commuting around London on foot and by public transport.
• Minimum 1 years' experience carrying out inventories using the Inventory Base software.

The Role:

• Upload dictation and photos from home, then proofread your transcribed report for 100% accuracy.
