We are currently recruiting for a Property Inspections Team Coordinator to join the busy property management and inspections team of a highly successful and established independent estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential lettings professional looking to develop their career within property administration, inspections and tenancy management. Following successful completion of the initial probationary period, the role will become hybrid, offering a combination of home and office-based working.
The Role: As Property Inspections Team Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the property inspections team, helping to ensure appointments, inventories, compliance requirements and tenancy deposits are managed efficiently. You will work closely with Property Inspection Consultants, inventory clerks, branches, landlords, tenants and internal teams, playing a key role in keeping the department organised and ensuring appointments and processes run smoothly.
We are looking for an organised and proactive property professional with previous experience within residential lettings. You should have:
£25,000 - £28,000 basic salary, depending on skills and industry experience, plus bonuses.
The role also offers:
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
No weekend working.
Following successful completion of the probationary period, the role will operate on a hybrid basis: 3 days at Head Office in Chelmsford + 2 days working from home.
