Dexters is expanding its earnings and market presence with a confident Business Development Consultant role in London. You will prospect, engage clients and convert opportunities across sales and lettings, driving growth and building lasting relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for phone and face-to-face conversations.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Comfortable with targets and meeting daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Well-organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn about the property market.

Responsibilities

• Speak to prospects to understand their property plans and how we can help.
• Generate new leads through outbound calls, market research and monitoring competitors.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and spot opportunities to win new business.
• Arrange property valuations and appointments for local office managers.
• Connect clients with relevant third-party services, including mortgage partners.
• Keep client and lead information accurate on our CRM systems.
• Work closely with local teams to identify and maximise new business opportunities.
• Work towards and consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
