Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an AP/AR Junior Analyst to support the Portfolio Management Team for corporate clients. You will assist the Senior Account Manager with day-to-day property matters, Applications for Consent, and coordination of rents, service charges, and exits.

The role requires GCSEs including Maths and English, plus proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook, and strong customer service and organisational abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or lease terms is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Good level of computer literacy with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio management team with day-to-day property matters.
• Process Applications for Consent with senior support.
• Assist in delivering managed exits and liaise with FM and solicitors.
• Coordinate with accounts on rents and service charges.
• Update clients on progress and prepare meeting notes.
