Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an AP/AR Junior Analyst to support the Portfolio Management Team for corporate clients. You will assist the Senior Account Manager with day-to-day property matters, Applications for Consent, and coordination of rents, service charges, and exits.

The role requires GCSEs including Maths and English, plus proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook, and strong customer service and organisational abilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or lease terms is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Good level of computer literacy with MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Support portfolio management team with day-to-day property matters.
  • Process Applications for Consent with senior support.
  • Assist in delivering managed exits and liaise with FM and solicitors.
  • Coordinate with accounts on rents and service charges.
  • Update clients on progress and prepare meeting notes.

Cushman & Wakefield is among the largest commercial real estate services firms with revenues of $10.1 billion across core services of agency leasing, asset services, capital markets, facilities services (branded C&W Services), global occupier services, investment management (branded DTZ Investors), tenant representation, and valuations & advisoryTo work with the support of a the Senior Account Manager within IPM, assisting in the management of a large, diverse geographical portfolio for a number of corporate clients.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:To support the Portfolio Management Team with the delivery of day to day property management mattersTo undertake, Applications for Consent, on behalf of an occupier client with support from the Estate’s LeadTo support the client in delivering Managed Exits, liaising with third parties (FM & Solicitors) with support from the Estate’s LeadLiaising with C&W’s internal Accounts Team on the payment of rents and service chargesLiaising with the Property Administration Team in respect of database changes and invoice authorisationLiaising with landlords and third parties on minor issues and escalating to senior colleagues as appropriateProvide regular communication to clients on the progress of key tasksTo provide reasoned advice and support to clients on property management mattersSupport the Estates Lead with contractual reporting, working with service lines to ensure regular updates are providedRecord Minutes & Actions during monthly face to face client meetingsProviding support to the Estates Helpdesk in terms of lease interpretation and liaising with FM suppliersQualifications:A minimum of 5 GCSE passes (Grade A*-C), incl.
