Job summary

Mind Retail is seeking a strategic Head of Property to lead the management of a national estate of shops and operational locations. You will ensure safety, sustainability and financial viability while aligning with commercial objectives, reporting to the Retail Director and SLT.

You'll oversee estate management, property transactions, compliance, building maintenance, capital projects and health & safety, guiding a specialised team and shaping long-term investments for Mind Retail's future.

Qualifications

Significant experience in a senior property, estates or facilities leadership role.
Strong expertise in landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations and portfolio management.
Experience delivering capital projects, maintenance programmes and compliance.
Strategic thinker with commercial judgement and ability to challenge decisions.
Excellent relationship building and collaborative leadership.
