The Opportunity

As our Property Director, you’ll report directly to the CFO and head up the full property function across the Group. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering a long-term property strategy aligned with our ambitious growth targets.

You’ll lead on:

• Site acquisition and development – from demographic analysis and lease negotiations to opening best-in-class hospitality spaces.
• New site openings – owning the entire lifecycle from feasibility through to handover.
• Estate maintenance & management – ensuring our venues remain operational, on-brand, and cost-effective.
• Third-party contract management – working with key suppliers to drive value.
• Health & Safety and compliance – safeguarding our spaces and people.

This role is perfect for someone with deep experience in property strategy, who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments and can think commercially while leading operationally.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a qualified surveyor with at least 15 years of experience in property leadership roles, ideally within retail, hospitality, pub, or hotel sectors.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is commercially minded and outcome focused
• Has a proven track record in delivering multiple site openings
• Is confident negotiating leases and managing estate portfolios
• Can lead cross-functional teams and manage key stakeholder relationships
• Combines strategic thinking with hands-on project delivery
• Is emotionally intelligent and an exceptional communicator
• Brings experience in building high-performing teams in a PLC or similar environment
