Job summary

Motus in Surrey/London seeks a Residential Development Solicitor to join a fast-growing Living Sector team advising PLC, regional and SME house builders, housing associations, land promoters and PRS investors. You will manage high-value development work and settled stock instructions, with exposure to conditional contracts, options and development agreements.

You will run your own transactions, support on larger matters, mentor colleagues and participate in business development.

Qualifications

• Qualification as a Solicitor of England & Wales.
• Residential development experience from a large regional or city firm (affordable housing is a plus; commercial property will be considered).
• Experience of managing your own transactions and supporting on complex matters.
• Real enthusiasm for the sector.
