Job summary

G2legal is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join the Secured Lending team and manage a busy caseload of property and lending matters. You will provide technical sign-off and support junior lawyers while delivering high standards of service to lenders and borrowers.

You will handle complex transactions, oversee title reviews, coordinate Companies House filings and HM Land Registry submissions, and ensure AML and compliance requirements are met, in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with strong conveyancing and secured lending expertise.
• Experience handling complex property transactions for lenders and borrowers.
• Experience undertaking file reviews and providing Certificate of Title sign-off.
