PureGym Ltd. is seeking an Interior Architectural Designer to lead the design of gym environments, working within our in-house Group Property Development team in Leeds.

The role combines remote work, site travel and weekly presence at the Leeds office to support a constant project pipeline. You will shape gym layouts, branding and lighting, coordinating with architects, project managers and cost controllers to deliver optimal member experiences across sites.

Formación

• Proficient in design software and drawing packages for approvals and construction.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to critique design details and resolve site issues.
• Understanding of health and safety considerations in design.
• Able to travel across the UK and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure external branding of sites aligns with brand guidelines and manage signage contractors.
• Own the member experience from arrival to exit, including layouts, signage, decoration and lighting.
• Coordinate design with equipment suppliers, GC and M&E designers for a cohesive product.
• Ensure designs follow brand standards and format requirements.
• Present design solutions to peers and senior stakeholders.
• Identify design improvement opportunities and drive cost reductions with teams.
