Job summary

The Camping and Caravanning Club are recruiting a Property & Development Administrator to join the Property & Development department on a part-time basis (15 hours/week). The role supports a busy team with CAFM-related admin, procurement, and data management.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, strong organisation, and excellent communication skills, with comfortable use of databases and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the Helpdesk within the CAFM system.
  • Managing and coordinating repair requests and updating stakeholders.
  • Raising and processing procurement forms and purchase orders with approvals.
  • Maintaining supplier records and campsite network databases.
  • Processing correspondence related to Facilities, PP M and invoices.
  • Inputting and reporting Property & Development data.
  • Processing rates, council tax invoices, and coding invoices.
  • Managing monthly utility meter readings for the campsite network.

Property & Development Administrator
Part time 15 hours per week Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Salary GBP10,275 per annum (GBP(phone number removed) FTE)

The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping, and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring. It's an exciting time to join the organisation and be a part of our continued growth.

We are recruiting for a Property & Development Administrator within our Property & Development department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing high-quality administrative support to a busy team.

Daily duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating the Helpdesk function within the Club's Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system.
  • Managing and coordinating repair requests, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and completion.
  • Raising and processing procurement forms and purchase orders, ensuring the correct approvals and supporting documentation are in place.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant supplier records and campsite network databases.
  • Processing all correspondence and administration relating to the Facilities Team, including raising planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and compliance orders, and processing associated certificates and invoices.
  • Accurately inputting, maintaining, and reporting on Property & Development data.
  • Processing rates, council tax invoices, and coding invoices accurately.
  • Managing monthly utility meter readings from the campsite network.
