Job summary

Criterion Capital Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Delivery Manager to drive works, faults and actions across a diverse portfolio. The role sits between Property Management and Construction, offering a hands-on remit to bring structure, pace and accountability to multiple workstreams—from leases and drawings review to coordinating contractors and site attendance.

You will lead live matters with clear ownership, prioritisation and progress reporting to senior management, ensuring snagging,

Qualifications

Experience in property, construction, surveying or building management.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple buildings.
Practical understanding of construction and building works and reading plans/drawings.
Confident in challenging and driving action with contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the portfolio-wide property delivery tracker with clear ownership and dates.
Drive building works, defects, refurbishments and remedial actions from identification to close-out.
Coordinate internal teams, contractors and advisers to keep actions moving and remove blockers.
Attend site inspections and project meetings; review scopes, proposals and reports for gaps, risks and delays.
Support snagging, defects and handover with proper records and certificates.
