Property Delivery Coordinator
Sheffield based with a balance of home and office working
£32,738 - £34,486 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm
We have an opportunity for aProperty Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role will help and support the Director of Property Services in their day to day leadership and management of the Property Services teams across the country. Whilst primarily working independently with frequent contact with the Director, you will also be in regular contact with a wide variety of staff within Property Services and your work will often require input from Heads of Service reporting into the Director of Property Services. As such the role will require someone to be self-sufficient and self-motivated and able to network and establish themselves quickly within the team.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £28,646 based on 35 hours per week rising to £30,175 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
We work closely with the Home Office in order to prevent unlawful working.
