Montagu Evans LLP is seeking a creative and insightful research analyst to improve proprietary data sources, provide market and economic reporting, and develop original insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

The role sits in the Central Management Team, offering high visibility within the firm and excellent opportunities for career development and progression in a dynamic, fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• A degree, preferably in a relevant subject (Economics, Geography, Real Estate or Planning).
• At least 1-2 years’ post-graduation experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical, report writing and presentational skills, plus strong commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of UK urban geography/real estate market is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Analysis and reporting on key market areas and wider themes.
• Develop proprietary market datasets, focusing on industrial/logistics, residential and Central London.
• Manage and interrogate third-party datasets and maintain market slides.
• Contribute to pitches and client presentations and reports.
