Job summary

KMK Recruitment is seeking a Property Data Manager for a global Retail group within its Property Asset Management team. The role focuses on managing and improving property data across a large portfolio, ensuring governance and accuracy, and supporting property and finance processes.

Line management of an Administrator is included. The role requires strong data analysis, governance, and Excel skills, with experience in data quality and collaboration with Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and analysing large volumes of data in property/asset management.
• Strong data governance and data quality principles.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Finance-oriented data requirements and IFRS16 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property data systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Act as the primary contact for property data requests across the business.
• Support IFRS16 accounting data and property reporting standards.
• Process property approvals and data updates promptly.
• Maintain records, audit trails and documentation.
• Produce property reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance and Property teams for data consistency.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues and conduct data cleansing.
• Help develop data governance frameworks and policies.
• Build relationships with landlords and internal/external partners to keep data accurate.
• Deliver data quality insights to support decisions.
