Job summary

Moat Homes is seeking an Asset Data Analyst for its Property Services team in Dartford. You will maintain asset data quality, support lifecycle modelling, planned works, and asset appraisals, while contributing to sustainability initiatives and company BI reporting.

Working with surveyors, compliance teams and contractors, you will enable reliable asset information for investment decisions, regulatory compliance and long-term asset strategy.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education, ideally with strengths in numeracy, data analysis or related subjects.
• Experience working with property, asset, compliance or housing-related data.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in data cleansing, manipulation and transformation.
• Strong understanding of data structures and data management principles.
• Knowledge of Decent Homes Standard, Building Safety requirements, HHSRS and Awaab's Law.
• Familiarity with EPC and energy performance data and an interest in retrofit and sustainability initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports and insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Understanding of customer experience and customer satisfaction principles.
• Highly organised, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, accuracy and integrity of asset data across the housing portfolio.
• Support lifecycle modelling, planned works programmes, asset appraisals and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide business intelligence reporting and insights to support investment decisions and compliance.
• Collaborate with surveyors, compliance teams, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to long-term asset management strategy and regulatory reporting.
