FirstPort in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Services Specialist (Property) based in Luton. You will deliver exceptional customer service to residents, resolve queries on first contact, and work with Property Managers to keep developments running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, verbal and written, with relationship-building and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and resilience.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• Strong time-management and prioritisation under pressure.
• Good IT skills; comfortable with social media and new tech.
• Property management experience is advantageous; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts with aim of first contact resolution.
• Own queries through to completion and coordinate handoffs.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to resolve issues.
• Meet service level and quality targets across interactions.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers with accurate information.
• Categorise customer contacts to drive service improvements.
• Share updates with internal teams to aid resolution.
• Raise maintenance orders and coordinate contractor activity including tenders and invoice queries.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Manage key, fob and permit requests efficiently.
• Process card payments securely per policy.
• Handle customer data in compliance with GDPR.
