Property Finance - Credit Manager

This expanding London-based Property Finance Lender is currently looking to engage the services of an experienced Credit Manager to join their busy Residential Development Finance Credit team. To be considered for this role, interested candidates must have proven residential development finance credit experience.

1. Ensuring that the credit approval process runs smoothly.
2. Checking the accuracy of facility letters to ensure they reflect the credit paper and any amendments required by the credit committee.
3. Performing due diligence on credit approval loans prior to drawdown.
4. Signing off on monthly build drawdown requests.
5. Reviewing project monitoring surveyor reports.
6. Organising and participating in loan review meetings.
7. Carrying out quality control on the credit and due diligence process.
