Job summary

Right Match Recruitment Group Limited in Eltham, South East London, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to support a busy residential conveyancing team from instruction through to completion. You will draft documents, manage files, and keep clients updated throughout the process.

• Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal is essential.
• Good understanding of the residential conveyancing process.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fee Earners with a busy residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Open and close client files and ensure compliance procedures.
• Carry out Land Registry applications, property searches and SDLT submissions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors.
• Provide regular updates to clients and third parties.
• Support the conveyancing team with administrative tasks.

Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Eltham, South East London

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 DOE

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Office Based

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Fee Earners with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Opening and closing client files and ensuring all compliance procedures are completed.
• Carrying out Land Registry applications, property searches and SDLT submissions.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors throughout the conveyancing process.
• Providing regular updates to clients and third parties.
• Supporting the wider Conveyancing team with administrative and legal tasks as required.

About You

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal is essential.
• A good understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using legal case management systems.
