Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency, property or sales environments.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and vendors.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the property journey.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and support clients through the sales process.
• Progress sales through to completion and liaise with relevant parties.
• Identify opportunities for additional business and referrals.
• Collaborate with mortgage, protection and lettings teams.
• Contribute to branch targets and business growth.
• Develop career as a Property Consultant and estate agent.
