Job summary

Foxtons in Worcester is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to help ensure properties meet legal and safety requirements from listing through to tenancy and beyond.

You'll work with the Property Management teams to review gas safety certificates, electrical reports, smoke alarm standards and licensing conditions, while supporting audits and regulatory updates in a fast-paced lettings environment.

The role is based on-site in Worcester with good transport links and free onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of property safety requirements.
• Experience with gas safety, electrical reports, smoke alarms.
• Familiarity with HMO licensing and fire safety compliance.
• Understanding of Right to Rent checks.
• Ability to monitor regulatory changes and update processes.

Responsibilities

• Review essential property safety documentation and certificates.
• Audit HMO and licensed properties, review licence conditions.
• Process Right to Rent checks and monitor visa expiry dates.
• Support monitoring of regulatory changes and maintain compliance systems.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly audits and spot checks.
• Support customer service by addressing complaints and improving processes.
