Job summary

Panoramic Associates Ltd seeks an Interim Compliance Manager in London. You will oversee statutory compliance across a large property portfolio, lead a team, and strengthen assurance processes, ensuring issues are identified and managed before escalation.

You'll manage gas, electrical, fire safety, legionella, asbestos, and wider health and safety compliance, with a focus on data-driven assurance and effective contract management. The role is hybrid and for six months.

Qualifications

• Experience managing property compliance, facilities management or health and safety.
• Strong working understanding of gas, electrical, fire safety, legionella, asbestos and wider health and safety legislation.
• Ability to interpret legislation and translate into practical policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renewal and tracking of statutory and best practice compliance.
• Procure and manage compliance surveys within timescales and budgets.
• Design and implement data management systems to monitor compliance.
• Conduct audits and inspections; address failures.
• Track contractor performance and verify compliance works.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective financial management and cost controls for projects.
• Oversee procurement and contract management for compliance services.
• Foster relationships with internal departments and external partners.
